At Duncan Breathwork, I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice ("no-show"), the full session fee may be charged.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. Unfortunately, I may not be able to extend the session.

Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible. Any cancellation fees will be considered at my discretion.

If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule
On the rare occasion I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or a new appointment time.
