These terms apply when you book or attend a session with Duncan Breathwork (trading name of Integrate & Evolve Pty Ltd, ABN 86 644 881 738). By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

About These Sessions

Breathwork and functional breathing sessions are offered for general wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or registered health practitioner, and nothing discussed or practised in a session should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health Disclosure

Before your first session, you'll be asked to share any relevant health information, including any conditions that could affect your safety during breathwork or functional breathing practice, such as cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or significant mental health conditions. It's your responsibility to disclose this information honestly and fully. If you're unsure whether a condition is relevant, please raise it with me before your session or check with your doctor first.

I reserve the right to decline or adapt a session if I believe it isn't appropriate or safe for you, based on the information provided.

Assumption of Risk

Breathwork and functional breathing practices involve changes to your breathing pattern, which can occasionally bring up physical sensations, strong emotions, or lightheadedness. By attending a session, you acknowledge these are a normal part of the process and agree to participate at your own discretion. You can pause or stop at any time during a session.

Bookings and Payment

- Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are as listed on the website at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please see the separate Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary, sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session is treated with respect and discretion. I won't discuss the content of your sessions with anyone else, except where required by law, or where I believe there's a genuine risk of harm to you or someone else.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Duncan Breathwork or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reproduce this content without asking first.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Duncan Breathwork isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of these services. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this website or ongoing bookings after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
